Turn European supplier XLSX files into Amazon EU product shortlists.
Catalogr analyzes supplier spreadsheets, matches barcodes to Amazon ASINs, checks sales rank, Buy Box and offer data, estimates Amazon referral and FBA fees, then exports clean CSV shortlists for manual sourcing review.
Built for Amazon sellers sourcing from supplier catalogs
If you receive wholesale, distributor or brand supplier spreadsheets with hundreds or thousands of EAN, UPC or GTIN codes, Catalogr helps you turn them into a filtered list of Amazon products to review before buying stock.
What Catalogr does
Stop checking supplier products one by one.
Catalogr reads your supplier XLSX, detects barcode and supplier price columns, matches products to Amazon ASINs, filters by sales rank, retrieves Buy Box and offer data, estimates profit and ROI, and exports clean CSV files.
- opportunities.csv - light shortlist of products worth reviewing
- opportunities_full.csv - detailed audit file with rank, Buy Box, offer, dimension, FBA fee, scoring and profit fields
- rejected.csv - products rejected by rank, missing Buy Box, missing price, low profit, scoring or missing data
- mapped.csv - all matched GTIN to ASIN results
- unmapped.csv - supplier rows where no Amazon ASIN was found
Typical workflow
- Upload your supplier spreadsheet (.xlsx)
- Select the Amazon marketplace
- Catalogr detects barcode and supplier price columns

Processing speed
First runs depend on Amazon SP-API rate limits, especially for pricing, Buy Box and offer data. Large supplier files may take several minutes.
Products already seen by the system may process faster thanks to a technical cache that reduces repeated Amazon API calls.
Data usage and compliance
- Catalogr uses official Amazon SP-API endpoints
- Catalog Items is used to resolve GTINs to ASINs and retrieve sales rank data
- Product Pricing is used to retrieve Buy Box and offer data
- No seller order data, advertising data, inventory data, or Brand Analytics data is accessed
- No uploaded supplier file is shared across users
