About Catalogr
Catalogr is a technical tool designed to turn supplier spreadsheets into usable Amazon opportunity files.
It helps Amazon sellers move from raw supplier catalogs to structured CSV outputs with ASIN matches, rank signals, Buy Box data, supplier prices, and estimated profitability.
What Catalogr is built for
Many supplier catalogs contain hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of products. Manually checking whether each product exists on Amazon, whether it has demand, and whether the Buy Box leaves room for margin is slow and error-prone.
Catalogr is built to automate that first screening step in a clean and repeatable way.
How it works
- You upload a supplier spreadsheet (.xlsx)
- Catalogr automatically detects barcode and supplier price columns
- Each valid barcode is matched against Amazon's catalog
- Matched ASINs are filtered by sales rank
- Buy Box and offer data are retrieved through Amazon SP-API
- You receive clear CSV outputs: opportunities, rejected, mapped and unmapped products
No manual formatting is required. Files are processed in the background.
Data scope and limitations
Catalogr is a decision-support tool. It helps sellers review supplier products faster, but it does not replace manual sourcing judgment.
- Uses Amazon's official SP-API only
- Processes supplier files uploaded by the user
- Retrieves catalog, sales rank, Buy Box and offer data needed for analysis
- No uploaded supplier file is shared across users.
- A technical cache may store GTIN to ASIN mappings, sales rank payloads and temporary pricing snapshots to reduce redundant Amazon API calls.
Uploaded files and generated outputs are retained for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Current status
Catalogr is currently in beta.
The service is free to use during this phase, with background processing and no payment required.
Additional features may be introduced gradually.
